If you purchase a ticket and would like to get on/off the bus at our rest stops, we are more than happy to make these accommodations. However, if this is the case, it is important that you inform us via email because we have to pass the information on to our bus attendants.
Hopping on: Since we are a direct-route bus service, the bus will not wait for you at the rest stop. Please stay tuned to our live feed (www.twitter.com/shuttlehome) for updates to ensure that you are at the rest stop when the ShuttleHome bus gets there. Our bus attendants update the feed approximately every 30 minutes. The passenger must provide their e-ticket (sent to email upon ticket purchase) to the bus attendant before boarding.
Hopping off: Upon boarding the bus, please be sure to tell your bus attendant that you plan to get off at the rest stop and to put your luggage on the bottom of the bus last so that it is easily accessible at the rest stop.
